Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Oneida/Huntsville is pleased to announce that David Gibson has been chosen as the Post-Secondary “Student of the Month” for June 2017. While in high school David completed two years’ Automotive training at TCAT-Oneida/Huntsville. David enrolled in the Automotive Technology post-secondary program. The post-secondary Automotive Technology instructor Nick gill states, “David is a hardworking and driven student. His patience and attention to detail will serve him well in his career.” David states, “I contemplated what direction to go after high school. I decided I really wanted to continue advancing my automotive training, so I enrolled at the TCAT. While attending this college, I have learned more about the operation of automobiles and I’ve developed a strong passion for the industry. My goal for the future is to become an ASE Master Technician. I would like to personally thank my instructor Nick for the training and the knowledge he has taught me so far in the program. I would also like to thank Jimmy Baird, my high school automotive instructor, and everyone else at the TCAT-Oneida/Huntsville for the wonderful experience I am having.” David is the son of Leslie Sexton and Paul Gibson.
