Tennessee College of Applied Technology- Oneida/Huntsville’s President Dwight Murphy is pleased to announce that Jovan Phillips, a junior at Oneida High School enrolled in the Automotive Technology program has been selected as the Secondary “Student of the Month” for January 2019. Automotive Technology instructor Danny Norman states, “Jovan is an exceptional student – eager to learn. He is a hard worker. You place him on a project, and he sticks with it until it is done. Then, he looks for more work to do.” Jovan is the son of Joe and Vanita Phillips of Winfield.
