HUNTSVILLE, Tennessee  —  Tennessee College of Applied Technology Oneida/Huntsville will host two summer camps for middle school students during the month of July.

There will be an Earthmoving camp, featuring our Earthmoving Equipment Operator program and focused on industry and heavy machinery, the week of July 13-16, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. There will be a Future Healers camp, featuring our Allied Health program and focused on health care, the week of July 20-23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. 

Each registered camper will meet at our Huntsville campus (355 Scott High Drive, Huntsville) at 9 a.m. Each day will consist of program tours, hands-on activities, field trips to local businesses, and more. Lunch will be provided each day, and every camper will receive a t-shirt and learn CPR. 

Camp guides will be retired educators Melanie Duncan and Robert Queener. Transportation will be provided by licensed bus drivers employed by the Scott County School System.

Both camps are absolutely free, but space is limited. Each camp will be capped at 15 students, so it is important to sign up right away! To do so, download and complete the following release form, and drop it off at our Huntsville campus.
