Celebrating 50 Years’ Service to the Region
1966 - 2016
Alumni and friends please join the staff (past and present) in a 50 year celebration on November 15, 2016 at the original location at 180 Eli Lane in Oneida. There will be tours available to the public beginning at 4 pm with a ceremony at 5 pm. in the Senator George Alvin Terry Administration Building.
Through the years, the State Area Vocational-Technical School, later the Tennessee Technology Center at Oneida/Huntsville, now the Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Oneida/Huntsville has provided technical training to many individuals, businesses, and industries throughout our region. We would like for anyone that has attended the school or been employed with the school to celebrate with us on Tuesday, November 15. We give honor to those before us who have had foresight and leadership in the establishment and training provided by this school which has made an astronomical economic impact on our community and surrounding region. “WorkFORCE development; it’s what we do!”
