About
The Culinary Arts program is designed to train students to become Food Service Professionals. The class will cover topics such as Proper Sanitation practices, customer service basics, food handling, Menu preparation, and food production techniques. This class will prepare the student to earn a ServSafe Certification which is required in the food industry. After successful completion of this program, the student will be prepared to handle any facet of the Food Industry from serving, cooking, and managing the business.
